Organic Green Tea, Organic Green Rooibos, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Lemon Myrtle, Pure Extracts.
How to steep
Hot tea: Use 1 heaping teaspoon, more or less to taste. Heat fresh water to 185°F, pour over the tea, and steep for 3–4 minutes.
Iced tea: Brew using the hot-tea method above, then strain, cool, and serve over ice.
